Parameters

flags
Type: LynceeTec.InterfacesProfileData
The type of data to save. Several can be combined, in which case they will be saved in individual files.
pstrFileNameBase
Type: SystemString
The name of the file to save to (without extension).
pstrZUnit
Type: SystemString
A string representing the unit for the Z axis values. Either "[deg]", "[nm]", "[µm]" or "[mm]".
